35 wks, high risk, No doctor anymore...what are my rights?!

Lu
I lost my insurance, my OB and MFM do not take Medicaid and no doctor will see me since I'm past 28 weeks. I will be delivering in a women's hospital and am very nervous about who is going to deliver me. The hospital said their residency services can see me (meaning a resident on call will be delivering) and this is NOT at all what I want. It's bad enough that the person delivering my baby will be a complete stranger but I honestly want that person to be an actual obstetrician or midwife. I don't want to be a guinea pig or a "teaching experience" to all their students and residents. This is my 3rd and final baby!!  I'm not sure what my rights are in this situation. Can anyone shed some light?
