So scared!!! Please help

Ok... I live in Louisiana, and I am 15 turning 16 in October and I am pregnant. Though being pregnant my boyfriend is 17. And his parents were all on board till someone told them that he was going to jail for being 17 should I worry about him going to jail and get a abortion or is this all some BS!!!!! And I should keep the baby?? I need help and I need to know ASAP
