I’m in week 13 and my breasts started to hurt and grow very early in my pregnancy. I can’t wear anything else than a maternity bra in XL and needs to sleep with it.

Last night I woke up by sharp pain in both of my breast and I had hard time falling asleep again due to the pain. It felt like small tiny knifes...

I have tried lotions, walking around in a wet and cool bra, ice in my bra.

I need your help and best lotion brand/ remedies etc to relieve sharp pain!

And at what point do you need to speak to your midwife about it?
