Thank you for everyone’s help on my previous post. Now I’m stuck with a doubt. A little help here! I’m headed to apply for Medicaid for my prenatal visits. (OBO initial) and I’m not sure what to take. The medical assistants at the clinic said just to take the proof of my pregnancy how far I am. The ladies at work said I need two correspondence lettered with current address and 2-3 work stubs and the letter of pregnancy. I just want to make sure I get some sort of document today at the health dept for my visit next week. Anyone? Greatly appreciated! Have an awesome Monday 🙂😘
