Girls, I’ve got a sudden increase in hair loss and I am a bit concerned 😣

So I have switched shampoo and conditioner multiple times and my last time was from loreal to timotei. Always when I switch shampoo I have a noticable improvement to my hair including this time. In fact I am more pleased in what timotei has done to my hair than loreal so I don’t think it is the shampoo that has caused the hair loss. I believe it is the over exposure to chlorine water of my pool.

Have you got any recommendations to regain the volume of hair I had? I am open in new and more natural shampoo suggestions.
