Weight gain
It was only two weeks ago when I last posted about this but I had another doctors appointment this morning.
I will say now though that I have PCOS and I know that makes it difficult.
so a few weeks ago I went to my doctor and told her no matter what I do I can't lose weight n she told me to exercise n diet. And to come back in two weeks.
Fast forward two weeks ... I jumped on the scales Friday . Jumped on them again this morning before doctors n had gone up 10LB
Went to the doctors (having not eaten this morning ) n was up nearly 2kg since I last saw her (concluded my scales are dodgy ) but even so 2kg increase when I've been exercising n eating healthier is so down heartening. I feel like nothing can help and I'm fighting a losing battle.
She sent me for a blood test to test thyroids and diabetes and expect results back Wednesday. But right now I just feel ... Useless. Like I can't lose weight for trying. And god knows I've tried. I've cut out EVERYTHING. Chocolate snacks and greasy food. Living on meat and veg and smoothies pretty much.
What's a girl to do ?! I'm trying to get to a healthy weight or at least start the ball rolling to lose. Heck I know it's not easy I'm not expecting it to be.
Anyone got any tips ?
I've just bought berberine as I heard that's meant to help a bit.
I lost so much weight on metformin but my doctor won't put me on it again as it's not licensed for what I want it for.
Am totally willing to try natural and herbal supplements.
