Miscarried, how to track ovulation again?

Help! Recently miscarried and would like to start trying again as soon as I can. How do I start tracking my ovulation on Glow again? Does anyone know?

I used opks after I miscaried because my cycles got all out of wack. After my miscarriage glow was definitely wrong about my fertile window.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Enter in your miscarriage as a period on glow, not nurture. I think you can also change your status under the me section to trying to concieve. My doctor told me to wait a cycle- and I'm glad I did- but I still used opks so we wouldn't accidentally get pregnant right away. I would recommend using those too and when you get a positive to enter that. My cycle post miscarriage shifted by a week off what it was before, and now by month three after I am back to my regular 27 day cycle. Good luck to you.
