IVF Timeline

My DH and I will be doing <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> in August. If not successful after 2 attempts moving to <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a>. What is an average timeframe of starting <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> to embryo transfer? I know many things could affect it just looking for an average.
