Has this happened to you?

Okay so my fiancé and I just started trying for baby number 2.

A little back story....... in August of last year I had the paraguard placed and I had it for 5-6 months until I got an ovarian cyst and had an ultrasound done and realized my iud had moved. Ever since then a couple day or week out of a month sex would be so so painful. Literally would feel like he would be pulling on my uterus to pull it out of my vag. (Not even exaggerating). Anyways I noticed tonight that it seems like it only happens around the time I ovulate (which I am). Is it normal for your ovaries or uterus to hurt and cramp during ovulation or during sex while ovulating? Or do y’all think I could have another ovarian cyst and that’s why it hurts. It is literally the worst and I can’t enjoy sex because of the pain. 😭

Edit to add: I was on birth control pills since last Christmas but just stopped them 3 weeks ago.
