Keto diet question
Ladies, I need y’alls opinion. Thursday will be one month I started the Keto diet. I was told by a friend to use MCT oil as this would help me during my weight loss journey, the only problem is that MCT oil kicked my butt, it gave me a BAD tummy ache all day not to mention nausea 🤢 I stopped using the oil just two weeks into my diet, my friend swears the Keto diet won’t work unless I use the oil but I am super scared of going back to it and feeling miserable again. I’ve lost inches and a few pounds but can’t help but wonder if I would be more success with the oil. What are your thoughts? Have any of y’all done the Keto without using any supplements??
