So starting two days ago I had some brown spotting and again yesterday and I thought nothing of it since I did that with my first child. This morning I wake up and walk around for a bit and felt something wet so I ran to the bathroom and noticed some dark red blood and soon after started cramping. I called the hospital and talked to the nurse and she got me in for an Ultrasound. When I went in they checked and didn’t see the baby but saw my uterine wall thickened so they figured since I have irregular cycles I could just be earlier in pregnancy and they can’t see the baby yet (which I thought was 6 weeks but they’re thinking 5 weeks maybe less). My doctor didn’t mention miscarriage but instead said I’m either just very early in pregnancy or a possibility that it’s forming outside of the uterus but she said unlikely at the moment because they didn’t find anything. So I got blood work done and I’m waiting on the results. When I came home I was still cramping and bleeding here and there but the later it gets the less blood I have and less red it is. It’s more rust colored now. And I have no more cramping. Do y’all still think there’s any hope? I want y’alls honest opinions.
