my husband has a very bad temper.

now let me make this clear first. he has NEVER hit me or touched me in any negative way.

He will start hitting walls and punching himself in the head. this past time he started getting super angry and I swear it was over the neighbor saying "are you fucking serious" when my dog started barking at him.

He was punching himself and banging his head on the wall, put his head in the freezer and kept opening and closing the door on his head.

he just gets so mad at nothing and if I cry because I'm upset that hes doing that he says he hates himself for making me cry. has anyone ever had any issue like this? he doesnt want to go to therapy cause we can't afford the copays every week or 2. someone give me advice please. only my best friend knows about this.
