Okay so my period was late last month and the month before that. . It started weirdly light and then lead to a pretty normal period. Enough to fill a pad and lasted about 3 days longer than my normal periods.

Now again it is late this month and again and I have been cramping for over 4 days. This is unusual for me. It is lower & on both sides.

I dont know why I am so irregular. It makes me feel like I am pregnant but I dont think J am (anxiety sucks) Which I would literally die if I was so please tell me why my periods are SO MFN LATE
