Any advice would help :)

This was my opk on Monday. I have had on and off cm for about 4 days. Today when I went into the bathroom at work I had the smallest amount of blood on my underwear. Just 3 little drops or so. Also when I wiped there was a tiny amount also. There hasn't been any since. And suggestions or has anyone had this happen?
