I’ve had my iud (Mirena) for about 4 months now and at first I was having normal ish periods. They were regular but a little lighter than usual which I was told would probably happen. But this month I haven’t had one at all. I had some cramps a few days before I was expecting it and that’s pretty normal for me. I’m just getting paranoid now. I’m not sure if I should be worried about it or not.
