Tooo much info

Okay so I need help because I don’t know what to do or how to treat this but I was taking a shower and I was down there 🤦🏾‍♀️ and I cut myself and at first I didn’t even know until it was burning like the devils ass crack and I look to check it was red on both of the lips and puffy ughhh help
