Long story short, I feel sooo trapped in an awful job. I am thankful I have a job, don’t get me wrong, but I’m soooo unhappy there. The problem is I have to work, but I can’t leave my current position. If I leave my job, I would be risking getting pregnant and not having FMLA at a new job. I can’t move positions without going to nights (which is just awful) due to union rules.

Sorry for the vent, but I’m so sick of my awful manager and all the shenanigans I have to deal with at work. I really think a lot of why I can’t get pregnant is my job.
