Girl or boy if pregnant?

Based on this current cycle/opk results, if I am pregnant, based on the Shettles would you say boy or girl? I had CM change on Sunday and even into today, so I am not sure if ovulation occurred on Sunday or today. Friday we had sex very early in the morning around 5:30, and when I checked opk at 6:30am it was High. Prior to that it had been Low. It was shortly after midnight Saturday that it had changed to Peak. Trying for a girl, I just didn’t expect the Peak to happen so soon after only one day of High (first time using opk).
