Sudden back pain

Im almost 33 weeks, and last night i started having sudden dull(ish) lower back pain along with loose stools today. Baby feels like he is very low (weird pressure in pelvic area) no cramps or anything like that. I have a dr apt in a couple days so ill bring it up then. But has anyone else had this around 33 weeks? Hoping its not preterm labor starting!
