Is this a drool rash. My son uses a pacifier on and off during the day. He had been drooling a lot more lately and spitting up with the pacifier is still in his mouth. It just showed up yesterday morning. I am not sure if it’s a rash or bites. We visited my father in law over the weekend. I let my son crawl around on the rugs. Well yesterday after the bumps showed up my FIL informed me he had a flea issue. My son does have small bumps else where on him. Like his knee, back and leg. This weekend has been very busy (due to a funeral) and filled with family. My son has been by me all weekend except on Sunday (day of funeral) where his great aunt was holding him for me while I ate. She did disappear for about 10 minuets to introduce him to new family members he has never met (and probably never will again). So I don’t know if in that time someone kissed my son that I don’t know about.
