Grinding teeth.

So my 10mo, almost 11mo has been getting teeth literally one after another. In one month he has had 4 teeth come through. He’s up to 6 now. But my concern is he does this weird thing where he like clicks them together, kind of like grinding them. That’s the best way to describe it. How do I get him to stop? Also sometimes he’ll put his hands in his mouth & pull/scratch his 2 bottom front teeth. He’s had them since 7mo. I just don’t want him to have issues with his teeth, he just got them! Lol
