Normal?
I am 31w4d have lost my mucus plug at 30w, and what regrowth happened I lost today... I’ve been having pretty consistent cramping the last 2 days, and have been drinking plenty of water.... but today my back is also hurting, to the point I’m tearing up when I move, and trying to walk anywhere is excruciating....
I don’t know what to do.... I’m lying in bed right now, unable to move cause I hurt so much.
Baby is still moving as normal.
