Not sure why but I get these little dots on my chin, but they itch like crazy and turn into huge scabs like this one, I try not to mess with them but they just aggravate my skin. I've tried Neosporin but it just doesn't work. It makes it worse. and peroxide hurts like hell. Anyone have have ideas what can help heal them? **please no rude comments**
