I need someone to talk to, I’m depressed all the time and I’m just tired of everything. And being pregnant at the same time isn’t good either

Yes! Depression during pregnancy is a real thing! Make sure your doctor and partner are aware so that they can help you. consider the things that are upsetting you regularly and what calming methods might work. And reaching out here is a great way vent.

Absolutely!   You’re hormone levels are crazy right now and can certainly cause a chemical imbalance.  Please reach out to your ob or midwife as they are there to ensure mum and baby are both healthy, and yes that includes mental health!

I am there with ya. I’ve had depression before so I know the drill but it still sucks. At least I know hormones are to blame. Definitely reach out to a mental health professional but also, try to have routine and self care. Like try to make yourself take a walk, shower, and hang out face to face with someone. It’s always the last thing a you want to do when depressed (and pregnant) but they always surprise me in their effect, if temporary. This too shall pass.
