Weight loss journey!!!!!

Hey guys so I’ve been trying to lose weight for forever now everyday I say “okay I’m gonna start a diet” and I just go crazy and binge so I’m fully dedicated and am going to start to track my calories and I’ve joined a gym recently so I’ll be going 6 times a week for 2 hours a day. I just hope this is the last “diet” I ever do and once I do lose the weight I’ll maintain it with healthy eating my current weight is 163 and I’m 5 3” I hope I can get to 125 wish me luck guys and I’ll keep you guys updated so once I lose the weight I can tell you guys about the hardships I’m going to face!🙃😉
