Anyone else having very painful sharp, pin pricking "cramps"?

I'm 19weeks and 3days with my second baby. It's been 4years since I was pregnant with my daughter and I don't remember if this is normal (or ever really feeling this)? Growing pains? I'm sure it's normal, so I'm not too concerned just yet, but I am high risk for Vasa Previa and also have a split placenta if that makes a difference?

It's only on the front portion of my belly from just above my belly button down to about 5inches from my pubic area. It literally feels like a million and one very sharp pins pricking me over and over non stop, making it super uncomfortable to walk or sit. Anyone else feel this and know what it could be? I do know it's not braxton hicks as I've been having those on and off for several weeks now.
