How to get rid of razor bumps fast??

I have them on my legs and I’m going swimming soon so I want to get rid of them

Sadly it’s all about prevention—once they come, they are stubborn little buggers.
To prevent them: 
-On the dry unshaven area, use a dry skin brush and exfoliate using slow firm movement brushing your skin in the direction against the grain.
-Next soak the area to be shaved in a warm bath for at least 10 minutes.
-While still wet, use a shaving cream for sensitive skin, and a high quality razor and shave with the grain, gently.
-rinse well, dry, and use a moisturizer for sensitive skin, rubbing it in very well and gently. 
I used to always get bumps—this is the only routine that leaves me with perfect smooth silky skin.
