Chance of spreading a yeast infection?

I believe i had a yeast infection (pic below) so i started taking monistat 7 and on my 3rd day my symptoms of a yeast infection (like the little white discharge things) had stopped. I had protected sex at first then we took the condom of. Is there a chance he could of gotten it? I know i should of did it but i did and now i feel extremely terrible.
