So I’ve been thinking about getting a cup but have some questions. Using them makes me feel a little nervous but I don’t know why because it’s basically the same as a tampon but I think it’s because I don’t know enough about them. So I was wondering;

1. So you know it uses suction to stay in and not leak, well when taking it out how does it not like ‘pop’ and go everywhere?

2. And if I do have to empty it in the toilet would it be fine to wipe it down with toilet paper to clean it a little before reinserting it or is that to unsanitary?

3. And finally how long can you use one before it needs replacing. Like does one cup last or is safe enough to use for 5 years or should they be replaced every year or something??
