Is it possible to feel anything yet? I know this sounds stupid

So I had sex in the beginning of May. I keep feeling these flutters in my lower belly. Sometimes I can feel it in my upper belly too.
My lower belly feels heavy/ish but I keep feeling twitches right below my belly button. Is it possible that I feel a baby???????
I also have been very constipated and have bowel issues but

Based on your comment, the odds of you being pregnant are astronomical, especially if May was the last time you had unprotected sex. It’s probably just gas or you’re near ovulation or are pmsing and feeling cramps/twinges from that. I mean, 2 periods and multiple negative tests...when are you suppose to get blood results back?

I would say if you have not missed your period at all since May, then it’s probably not a possibility. The first time I felt flutters from my baby was when I was 16 weeks pregnant. And everyone was telling me it was impossible then because it was too early… I know what I was feeling! However, you are saying you have bowel issues... well twitching right below the navel is a symptom of bowel issues. In particular IBS.

For one, do you definitely know you're pregnant? (sorry, wasn't clear) at this point you could pots finally feel flutters, but it could also just be gas
