Anyone here have IVF because of recurrent miscarriages beforehand?

I am going to an IVF open night tomorrow to learn more about it- i have had 3 consecutive miscarriages in the past year. I have gone to the recurrent miscarriage clinic and so far no answers. Has anyone else had recurrent miscarriages and gone on to successful IVF? Please share :)

Yes!  We had 2 losses at 9 weeks... TONS of testing (even testing on baby #2 and he was chromosomally normal).  The only thing they could find was low AMH.  They weren't worried about quality of my eggs though as I'm only 31 so miscarriages were unexplained.  Fast forward to us choosing to do IVF for the PGS testing and to put embryos in the freezer for future children if I run out of eggs (because of extremely low AMH).  Currently 25 weeks with our rainbow!!

From what I understand, if the miscarriages are caused by a genetic abnormality, then the IVF embryos can be biopsied and tested for chromosomal abnormalities. But if they are caused by an issue with your uterus, then IVF isn’t going to increase your success rates.
