I popped out my birth control pill for today from the package and as quick as it came out it fell bouncing off my foot and under a bookshelf. I can’t get to it because of the size of my bookshelf so I took the pill for the next day. Has this happened to anyone? What do I do about the missed pill? Should I just continue and start my period pills a day earlier? Will this mess up my cycle? I have no idea what to do and feel like an idiot.
