IUD cramp remedies
What are your tricks to easing cramps? (Are there certain kinds of epsom salt that are better, icy hot or something else, etc )
I am on my second full period after switching to a copper IUD. Other than the cramps during my period I love it. I’ve always had cramps but it’s rough with IUD.
