How long will it take to lose 20 pounds?
I’m not sure if I’m gaining weight cause I’m getting older or what. Nothing else has changed. But i need to get back in shape. My diet could be better and I could work out more. But again, I wasn’t doing much of that when I was 129.
September 2015 to December 2016 I was 129-131 pounds.
May 2017 I jumped to 137 and September 2017 I was 146. Ever since then I have been 145-150.
