HELP doctor had me in tears 😢

ok i am a mother to 3 beautiful kids 4 . 2 . and 3 months old 😊 before i had my last baby i took a test and booked an app in doc office my doc is so rude and judgemental when i told her i was pregnant she asked me how am i going to cope with three kids and im so young !! i was married and 23 had lots of support from my amazing husband anyway i was quite shocked the way she put me down and i felt so bad 😕 i tryed to avoid doc as much as i could until our 6 week check up she asked me about conterception and i agreed to take the pill she then out of nowhere asked me why dont i concider getting my tubes tied i was horrified as i want a big family and i knew i was not finished having children !! i told her NO and she was very rude and told me 3 kids is enough for anyone !! i left with my baby in tears and my husband was so angry when i called him in work he told me we will change our doc so time passed and i didnt get round to it so now iv just found out im PREGNANT ☺ but i dont know how far i am along but i REALLY dont wana go back to that horrible doc to be judged again !!! please ladies i need advice what to do as i really wana get my dates and make sure baby is doing good ☺
