I need help w/my dad
My parents got divorced when I was seven now I'm thirteen. I haven't seen him in 18 months now he wants to see me and my brother but I'm so used to living with out my dad. Over though years I developed anxiety and I don't know how to act when I see him. Also i'm not just going to see him I'm going to see my step mother who isn't quite nice. So can I plz get help from someone.
