There was no sign of anything wrong. I still haven't passed everything out. I'm still having pregnancy symptoms.

They couldn't find the heartbeat and the Dr. wanted an on the spot ultrasound. They did it and the placenta was developed as if the baby was 9-10 weeks, but there is no fetus. An empty womb. So heartbreaking. We are on a rollercoaster of emotion. Through it all God is good and has a plan and we trust that He knows what's best for us. Just processing the process.
