IUD or depo shot?

I would not get depo at all that just me tho i was on it for three months and bled for 2 1/2 gained 40 pounds made me wicked depressed made my anxiety worse and I was like suicidal then at month three I kept getting these giant blood clots I also got cyst from them and it took me over a year to be able to get pregnant again when we did start to try

Copper iud because no hormones!!!

You should stay far far away from depo.... it’s the worst birth control (in my opinion)!

I gained 150lbs on the depo shot in under 18 months. Don't do it.
