Really need advice.

I’m 37 weeks 2nd baby. Induction set for 39 weeks.. 1 week ago I lost part of mucus plug. Monday I had cervix check and my cervix is thinned out and I’m 2cm. Doc can feel babyshead. Yesterday I had my bloody show. Right now I feel diarrhea cramps. I work on my feet for 10 hr shifts with 1 30 min break. I’m debating whether I should stay home today and rest. I don’t want to do anything that would bring on labor. I want him to bake a little longer. I also normally am intense pain in pelvis and tired but since last night I feel energetic like I want to nest. My gut tells me proceed with caution but I don’t want to overreact either. Should I work? Or stay home and rest. Help!
