Concieving naturally?

Question

I’m 27 ttc for 8 months. Have done 4 rounds of clomid. Severe PCOS. And my HSG revealed I have only one tube open. 
Has anyone conceived naturally and carried to term? 
Clomid vs femara? 
Is 
IUI
 and 
IVF
 my only options?

I have PCOS with string of pearl cysts and I have two daughters who were conceived without drugs, but with a whole lot of other stuff. I will outline below, I don’t know what “worked” or didn’t because I was throwing every single natural thing I could at myself! 
I took Maca, Vitex, and Inositol all cycle for balance (pills, Maca powder tastes like vomit, don’t believe anyone who says otherwise). On the cycle days that you would take Clomid, I took Soy Isoflavones, so CD 3-7 I took 80mg. I temped and charted and took OPKs to pinpoint ovulation, we had no male factor IF so we BD every day in the FW. After BD I used Instead Softcups to hold everything inside and left them in overnight or for at least 6 hours. I used Preseed lube only. From the day after confirmed O date, I used natural progesterone cream twice a day (confirmed low Progesterone by bloodwork) and drank Pom juice and ate pineapple with the core. I also went gluten free as that has been linked to PCOS. 
Yes, I know this sounds legit insane, but I have two girls to show for it and we’re trying now for #3!

I have one femara baby that took two years to conceive and two natural babies. One was an accident and must’ve been from the random time I ovulated and my current pregnancy I just conceived with doing a ketogenic lifestyle. Keto regulated my periods and I conceived in two months.

I was successful with taking Letrozole for 3 rounds. It is also a breast cancer drug but has been shown to have great success with helping fertility. I have PCOS, I tried Clomid too and was TTC for 7 years. Ask your doctor to see if that might be an option for you.

My first pregnancy I was on clomid and femara while gearing up for IUI. The fertility endocrinologist took me off clomid and femara because I had cysts and no follicles. I was then placed on a high dose of metformin from the previous low dose. With the next ultrasound, I finally had a follicle and we completed a successful IUI.  For my second, current, pregnancy, I suspected the higher dose metformin is why I ovulated so I suggested starting this only and with opk tracking, it was what worked and I got pregnant the first successful ovulation. I also am on synthroid for my hypothyroid. I stayed on metformin the first trimester with both pregnancies. Good luck!!

Hi I have servers PCOS and i am 15 wks pregnant I have lost 2 pregnacies last year but I do swear by a medication I paid for off the internet called INOFOLIC I got told by my fertility dr about it so thought what have I got to lose so I ordered it on been on it for the last 2 years but I swear that was what helped me get pregnant as I have had clomid diet change and nothing but this really helped me.
