So, we are wrapping up the week of sleep training (tonight is night 6).

Night 7 ends with waiting 30 minutes. We have never even gotten close to the final minutes. The longest she has cried is 12 minutes before putting herself to sleep.

Once we make it through night 7, what is the set time before you go in? Do you just wait up to 30 minutes from then on out if they wake up?

I’m a little confused on what to do after you make it through the first week.
