My dear daughter is one. She has been walking since nine months and unfortunately can now climb out of her crib. I am trying to figure out what to do because I am scared she is going to climb out in the night and get hurt. So here is my idea, tell me what what you think. I’m going to get a queen size mattress and place it on the floor with no rails, box spring nothing and fit the gate perfectly around it. I mean to me it’s just a bigger crib on the floor what do you think?? A gate similar to this but only the mattress

or toys inside.
