One day late and anxious

I’m not sure if I’m just making symptoms up in my head but I’m super anxious! I’ve had weird cramps for the last week plus and this weird tingling sensation in my lower abdomen. I never get cramps before my period, only when I actually have it, and I had discharge all last week. Some random nausea but nothing crazy. I don’t ever get tender breast’s so I’m not sure if it’s normal to never experience that as a symptom either. I’m only one day late as of today but I’m trying to be as patient as possible before I take another test... has anyone ever experienced this tingling before? Its so weird!
