Scared out of my mind. 😔 has anyone gone through this and had a positive outcome?

I had spotting at about 8 weeks then at 10 had a major bleed, filled a pad and had a clot the size of my palm! We went to the er to see baby perfectly fine and a subchoronic hemmorage pushing on my placenta. I was put on bed rest to make sure my placenta didn't detach, have had one more major bleed and spotting for weeks, but I am 15 and a half weeks now and heard baby's heartbeat today. I'm not saying that's what it is for sure but I'd ask your ob about it, they usually have nurses you can call

This is how my missed miscarriage started. 😞 I started lightly spotting around 7 weeks, only when wiping, went in at 7 and 8 weeks and there was a heartbeat both times then went in for my 10 week check and baby had passed. I hope your outcome is better than mine 💙

This happened for me for both my viable pregnancies. Hasn’t this time so far but if there’s no pain it can be fairly normal and non threatening

I should add I started the brown/pink spotting last Thursday and the light bleeding on Sunday.
