How do you know when it’s done?

I have been on and off dating my current boyfriend for 2 years. The first 4 months were amazing, up until I found out he was cheating on me when one of his side girls kept calling his phone while he was mowing the lawn. He’s told me since then he was done cheating, however hasn’t stopped. Last weekend he told me that the side chick girl from before, had gotten him expensive tickets to a show and that he would be going with her and he made the promise that it was the last time he’d be talking to her. Should’ve known that was a lie, as he hasn’t stopped talking to her this past week. At what point do you know the relationship is done? We were best friends for 3 years prior to us dating and I was so close to his family. He hasn’t even had me go to his parents in months, and I found out last night he’s looking at houses behind my back. I swear I can’t be as crazy as he makes me sound. The only thing I’ve asked is for him to stop cheating, or to leave. I pay 2/3 of the bills and work 2 jobs to do so. I’ve never asked anything more of him than 700 in rent a month and to mow the lawn. Now he’s making me out to be the monster and I’m just so confused.
