Prenatal vitamins
So I’ve always had a problem swallowing pills ever since I was little, even the small tiny ones. I always either end up with it sitting in my mouth or choking on it. I got some from the clinic and they are huge horse pills so I’m putting it in a water bottle and drinking it. Any advice? Is there other ways? Liquid?
