Bad ovulation pain?

Its my 'fertile' week, and the past three days, I have had cramps. Sometimes the pain would go down to my cervix and down my right thigh. Today, I put on a pair of jeans and I'm so bloated, that the pressure of my jeans is causing pain. I have frequent urination. And it feels like my cervix is being kicked randomly. I have had a couple contractions the past couple days( I am 11months pp so I know what contractions feel like lol) I usually get them before my period starts. Haven't had cervix pain like this since I was in labor. Can't be pregnant cause the last time I had sex  was may 11th. Is ovulation pain suppose to feel like this?
