Could this be the start of a miscarriage?

I’m 4 weeks, 2 days. I’ve been cramping since Sunday. Got 3 at-home positives and confirmed blood test on Tuesday.

I know this looks pink, but I promise it’s brown.

This was about an hour ago. It has lightened since. Cramping has been coming and going and has lightened as well.

Can’t get through to my Doctor so I’m not sure if this is normal or if I should go to the E.R.
