Left side in pain after ectopic ?

Anyone out there that has suffered a ectopic ...
I had an ectopic pregnancy my doctor gave me a shot of methotrexate on 07/11/18 my hcg level are dropping very good but yesterday i started feeling like discomfort in my left side (pelvic area) my doctor said it could be ovulation ?
Any one had experienced something like this? Help

I had an ectopic in a July 5th and the reason why I went into the ER was because of the left side of pain i was getting near my pelvic area. Turns out my tube was about to burst. Baby es 6 weeks and stuck in my left tube. Unfortunately i lost my left tube

Could it maybe be a cyst? I only say this as I’ve been experiencing a lot of pain (right side) since my mc. Today I finally had an ultrasound and they found a cyst on my right ovary, the specialist said this could be causing the pain xx
