Three days late, positive opk in morning

I have PCOS and got pregnant first time of trying with my first.Think I ovulated earlier, my cycles are typically 40 days. Am now 3 days late for my period, got a positive opk this morning, but not again in the afternoon. Still breastfeeding if this makes any difference. Any ideas?
